I am a young, dynamic and well seasoned individual with over 10 years in marketing and events experience, who is enthusiastic, quick and obsessed with using markets and trends to drive sales solutions. I have a solid understanding of business environments and also possess strong financial literacy and a savvy commercial acumen.

This has aided my ability to deliver powerful marketing solutions for clients. In my previous role as Marketing Manager at Mint Culture which role I occupied for the past 7 years, I have successfully driven the activation of marketing activities; including but not limited to being accountable for delivery of the business plan and championing the creation of key insights through market research and competitive intelligence; in order to feed into strategic planning, pricing and insight decision making.

At Mint Culture, I channel strategy and drive targeted marketing solutions for clients the likes of Edrington Group in their activations for Snow Leopard, Macallan as well as Highland Park. I have also worked with MTN on the National Business Roadshow.
I have previously worked for Magnetic Event Management as a Campaign Manager, where I was tasked to manage the FNB National roadshow as well as the Nedbank staff roadshow in March to August 2016. 

Furthermore, during my time at Ampersand I worked in the role of Account Manager where I fully immersed myself in conducting rigorous evaluations of business outcomes to develop cost efficient processes and provided leadership, direction, coaching and development to the team and facilitated the building of a work ethos that spoke to the values of the organisation.

Throughout my career, I have grown to become a highly motivated and passionate individual who has maintained a focused and leadership prone work ethic throughout. My skill set encompasses sound knowledge and tested principles which have allowed me to meet all work targets with ease.

Translate marketing insights and analysis of key issues and opportunities into clear and compelling brand plans - detailing execution of category strategy, pricing and channel strategy, promotions plan and Innovation Plan to deliver agreed growth agenda (volume, value, profit).

Drive all marketing activities, including the creation of the annual plan to support sales and all its elements.

Identify, define, develop, deliver and track insight-driven innovation and renovation that is accretive to the brand and category.

Campaign Manager 

Receive briefs from multiple different stakeholders and conceptualise marketing campaigns to acquire leads and retain and up selling customers.

Define campaigns objective, messaging, content, channels, and assets deliverables.

Brief, coordinate and oversee the work of internal field and corporate marketing teams and external agencies, such as creative, content, adverting, social media, marketing automation, analytics and other team members and/or external agencies needed for campaign execution.
