I am a smart working Hr Operations Business Partner with a number of years of Management experience,with my greatest achievements in systems management, change management/transformation, benefits, training and development,succession, performance management and retention initiatives and all legislative reportings i.e. BBBEE,WSP/ATR,EE, TYE etc. I have learner development (skill retention) programmes,retrenchment, restructuring, job grading and profiling experience. I have completed my Honours in Hr management and have acheived my accreditation as a SDF. I will be pursuing my Masters in Business Management to solidify my theoretical knowledge and add value to your mangement team.
