Describe me as an energetic and hardworking individual who enjoys collaborating with others and is passionate about achieving results through the power of people. In the last 14 years, I have worked in a variety of call centres within large financial services firms as well as with outsourced partners. These call centres cover a wide range of market segments and various stages of the customer life cycle. I am an experienced SME with a strong passion for driving business improvement through sound strategy and effective leadership. During my career, I have held several senior management positions specializing in strategy, process, and people management.

Experience

In my most recent role at Alefbet Collections and Recoveries, I have the privilege of serving as the Head of Operations and “21C” to the CEO, where I have successfully overseen a multitude of responsibilities central to the role. As a Head of Operations, I understand the pivotal role this position plays in shaping and executing strategic initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Throughout my career, I have consistently led and managed operational teams with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional results. My hands-on experience in optimizing internal processes and my ability to identify opportunities for improvement have led to significant cost savings and operational enhancements. Moreover, I have extensive experience in managing outsourced business processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with external partners, and maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated:

  • Leadership skills: I have a track record of leading diverse teams and multiple functional areas to success, with a strong ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Customer management:  manage a portfolio of accounts, developing relationships, managing stakeholders within large financial services firms as well as with outsourced partners. These businesses cover a wide range of market segments and various stages of the customer life cycle. I am an experienced SME with a strong passion for driving business improvement through sound strategy and effective leadership.
  • Advanced Management Skills: My expertise in organizing, planning, and executing business strategies has consistently driven positive outcomes and financial results for my organizations. During my tenure as General manager I ensured the NPL ratios were maintained and nett write off KPAs achieved. 

I have been able to identify new business opportunities for Alefbet Collections and Recoveries and played a pivotal role in the successful RFPs being awarded to Alefbet through the operational results delivered. 

  • Simplifying Complex Ideas: I have a unique talent for taking complex concepts and simplifying them, enabling teams to execute strategic plans effectively and efficiently.
  • Analytical Skills: My strong analytical abilities have been instrumental in making data-driven decisions, optimizing processes, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Personal career accolades: I was awarded the CEO award of “Manager of year award” and 

During my tenure at Tenacity Financial Services was the youngest General Manager ever appointed.  

In my current role as Head of Operations, I lead an operational team of approximately 500 employees, further highlighting my ability to manage large and complex teams effectively.

Additionally, I have led several technology projects as the owner, demonstrating my ability to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives. 

My relationship management skills with C-suite executives have been instrumental in aligning business priorities and fostering collaborative partnerships that drive results not only internally but in the market amongst peers.
