I am a Financial Advisor now but I have worked with clients at Unisa on different roles , for instance , I worked as Library Assistant at the Library , Store Clerk at UnisaDespatch , Records Officer at Unisa Records Management Division as well as Supervisor Shelf Maintenance in the Unisa Library Services.I have a good interpersonal communication skills , customer and client services skills as well as good computer skills. Experience
Worked at Unisa Library as a Library Assistant , providing services to the clients on Library materials like books , audio visuals material etc.
Worked at Unisa Library as Library officer , assisted clients especially post graduates with articles and study materials for their research .
Worked at Unisa Despatch as Store Clerk and my duties included recording of stock and dispatching Study materials to students as well as receiving abd recording of stock and do data capturing on the system.
Worked at Unsa Records Management Division and main responsibilities includes capturing all students documents on the system , for instances, matric certificates, ID copies , post graduates certificates etc.
Worked at Unisa Library as Supervisor Shelf Maintenance section and part of my responsibilities includes supervision of Library staff members, attending management meeting on operational matters, arranging staff weekly and monthly meeting , representing the Library on third parties meetings , solving customers or clients problems in the Library etc.

I have a matric certificate , 3 months certificate in Basic Archival and Records Management,
I have a BA degree,
I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Programme in Archival Studies ,
I also have a BA Honours in Information Science.
