Simnikiwe Maboee

I am a very flexible employee as I am not restricted to certain types of law.

I am a dynamic individual who is not afraid of a challenge. I work well under pressure and with all different departments in wherever I am placed. Adopting to environments in the work place is never an issue and I always strive to try and fulfill all tasks placed before me.

I have worked as an Attorney in the District Court of Uitenhage where I represented clients in both their criminal and civil litigous matters.

I have also worked as an Administrative Manager where my role was to create an HR profile for the company and ensure that the Company complies with Labor Laws

I have worked as a Legal Advisor where I have been tasked with the duty of commenting on proposed Bills by the government, Issuing out letters to relevant stakeholders, training members of the SAPS on Acts relating to Domestic Violence and creating study modules aroung the laws for the SAPS members. 

I also offer legal advise to the surrounding community members.

I hold an LLB degree
