My journey in the hospitality industry started when l finished my honors degree, l joined a hotel group as graduate management trainee. After completing an intense 18-month training program l was promoted to Food and Beverage Manager. l have more than 15 years post graduate experience in Event Management, Food and Beverage Operations and Catering Project Management.

l have an Honors degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
