I am hardworking person and I have gained more knowledge in the research assignments, study groups and presentations I have participated in, this has taught me how to work with other people and helped me develop my communication skills. I am a persistent and my academic results are good. I am seeking a job that involves dealing and understanding people and that will also help me in advancing my knowledge and skills. I work as a Motor Claims Administrator, my duties are as follows:

• Claims Registration (Telephonic and person to person interviewing clients for claim details)
• Claims Assessing (Scrutiny of claims in line with company policy procedure) 
• Referring inappropriate claims for declination endorsements 
• Approving claims up to a mandate of R 50 000 
• Attending to claim queries from clients 
• Drafting of relevant letters, email and sms messages to clients 
• Adhering to the prescribed SLA‘s 
• Calculating premium prejudice and applicable excess amounts and discounts 
• Variety administration duties to ensure that the whole process gets done appropriately 
• Keeping a diary/ task system to ensure processes remains up to date 
• Liaising with Panel beaters 
• Verifying accidents and other incidents with SAPS 
• Scrutinise police reports for discrepancies 
• Calculating excesses and Calculating premium prejudices

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

2015- 2019: Bachelor of Social Science, University of Fort Hare E.L Campus

-    Graduated on the 3rd of May in 2019 with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree

-    Major in Sociological and Psychological studies

-    Learned  how to understand people and our social institutions and the systems, as well as improvement in verbal and written communication. Gained the skills to be a team player and working with multicultural races.

2010- 2013: Qaqamba Senior Secondary School

-    Enrolled from Grade 10 to Grade 12 under Maths and Science stream.
