Sikhumbuzo Zulu

I'm a grounded, focused, humble and intelligent young man from Johannesburg East; with a decade long vast experience in customer service; administration; sales and assessment. I excelle in both team and individual work; but also play just as well.

My career started with FNB easy plan in the mid 2000s as a Sales and marketing consultant. Shortly after that; I found myself at the helm of project management and administration for a small construction company whose role was to perform minor to medium renovations within all four University of Johannesburg campuses. That journey was succeeded by a move to Durban where Velocity became my maiden venture into telesales; which was followed by two roles; first as customer services consultant then later junior claims assessor, at 360 Admin. This time spent in Durban served as a heightened learning opportunity in my journey with regards to business and leadership. These roles were followed by similar roles in three more different companies and sectors; further more enhancing my organizational knowledge and leadership skills. 

Obtained my matric (Grade 12/NQF 4)in 2006, with acceptance to the University of the Free State law school in 2007, with a change to a Bachelor's Artium in Media Studies in 2008 due financial constraints. I later dropped out at the end of 2009. In 2020 I registered for a Bachelor's in Forensic Sciences & Technology; with a hope of one day making it as a Forensic Investigator. That was sadly interrupted by the covid pandemic.
