Experience

I am currently working as an inbound contact centre agent for an American campaign. I have vast experience in the contact centre industry. I worked for a Telkom campaign as a billing agent for 3 years, assisting customers with billing inquiries and tech related issues with their wifi. I then was promoted to a case manager, where I would listen to detractor calls, give agent feedback and contact the customer back and fully resolve the issue. I worked in that department for a year where I also expanded into Fibre and ADSL troubleshooting. I then moved to the American campaign for Comcast. I now assist with billing and tech related inquiries. I also do retentions related work

Education

My highest level of education is Matric. I have completed a certificate in contact centre support NQF level 2
