I am a reliable, and hard-working woman who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds. I work well under pressure and in a team. I have a very charismatic personality, and I am hardworking and creative: I love a challenge and I never give up. My strong communication and social skills linked to my fluency in English and French are valuable tools to any work environment. My passion for people and interactions with them gives me strong skills in the customer service and industries. 

 I worked as a customer service assistant at NTEMO FACILITATION SERVICES , my task was to initial point of contact between business and customers. I was responsible for assisting customers to do business with the company, such as making a purchase, placing an order, getting advice, finding or requesting information about the services.
