Monitor and analyse changes in ArcelorMittal South Africa Group Vendor Database.

Ensure suppliers legal documentation is acquired, updated and within the legislative Act of ArcelorMittal supply chain policies, procedures and guidelines.

Responsible for supplier on boarding processes.

Liaise with BBBEE supplier support team to ensure vendors are captured as per level and score card.

Manage responsible sourcing documentations

Responsible for Materials Management (MM)

Compile and verify data accuracy

Support BBBEE compliance by assuring supplier master data quality is Compliant with requirements

Monitor vendor performance, report and implement corrective actions.

Manage the day-to-day interaction and service delivery of external service providers supporting the Supplier Master Management process

Request and update Vendor information

• Compiling of monthly reporting

• Manage Source List request on SAP for End users

• Effect Vendor detail changes on RAMSES (MDM)

• Understanding of vendor management process

• Effective Knowledge of steel manufacturing process and plant operation.
