Iam a highly accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Social Science degree and Bcom Development Studies honours degree .I have a strong background in administration,calls consulting and claims processing

Growing up in a township and pursuing a Social Sciences degree and furthering my studies in Honours: Bcom Development Studies  which has equipped me with strong research and analytical skills ,including the ability to conduct field work and critically evaluate development policies and programs has been a difficult or rather the greatest achievement. Studying at University of Fort Hare was an excellent platform for me to build the synergies of my previous knowledge.

Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have successfully managed administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. The experience I have as a calls consultant has allowed me to develop excellent communication and problem solving skills, enabling me to effectively address customer needs and provide quality services.

In addition, I have a proven track record in claims processing , where I’ve  consistently delivered accurate and timely claims processing and assessments. Me comprehensively understanding claims procedures and regulations has made me a valuable asset in ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.

With a passion for continuous learning and professional growth, I stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.Iam known for my ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems which makes me a valuable resource in driving process improvements and optimizing efficiency.
