I AM AN ENERGETIC AND AUTHENTIC MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL WITH OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS AND OVER FIVE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE. I HAVE A PROFOUND KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY AND WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH PHARMACY STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES. I HAVE PROVEN ABILITIES TO PRIORITIZE AND HANDLE MULTIPLE TASKS. I AM WILLING TO RELOCATE TO ANY ORGANIZATION AND PROVINCE THAT CAN BRING DEVELOPMENT IN MY PROFESSION AS A PHARMACIST ASSISTANT POST BASIC IN PROMOTING HEALTH, WELLNESS, AND SAFETY TO THE PATIENTS AND THE PUBLIC. I have experience working at retail community and public pharmacies. In my experience working as a pharmacy assistant, I have gained the skill in using the SVS system for COVID-19 vaccines during covid, I have learned to dispense medication using unisolve system in a retail pharmacy (Clicks retail). In my current work, I create patient profiles and claims using their medical aids and cash for those who do not have them, assist in chronic authorizations and pharmacy nomination, handle queries for OTC and regarding prescriptions, answer telephone calls, and handle customer complaints. Also, I gained valuable experience filling prescriptions, using the CCMDD program for clinic patients to collect their medication, and also training on HIV/AIDS, and TB medications in preparing and dispensing the right medication to the patient and also being able to share information with patients (in making sure they understand how to take and the side effects) and the ability to be able to work with the doctors who prescribe. In my working experience I have learned to assist with inventory, and maintaining the pharmacy's quality control systems. I'm very organized and my strong work ethic has allowed me to quickly and accurately complete tasks. My ability to multitask is another skill that may be useful to your company because it allows me to handle and complete multiple activities simultaneously. Thank you so much for your consideration. I studied from 2015 to 2016 and obtained a Certificate in Pharmacy Support at Nelson Mandela University, now I am a  Pharmacy Technician but working as a Qualified Pharmacist Assistant.
