Currently, I work at UKUPHILA KWEZWE ACCOUNTANTS, where I have been responsible for various critical tasks that have allowed me to showcase my accounting and finance expertise. My responsibilities include identifying and resolving discrepancies in trial balances, cashbooks, and ledgers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. I maintaining precise ledgers on Xero, meticulously reconciling accounts, and guaranteeing the accuracy of financial data. I also review and analyze monthly reports, providing insights into the financial health of the organization and empowering informed decision-making. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in preparing and presenting monthly management accounts.

I am well-versed in tax-related tasks and have expertise in managing income tax registration for both individuals and companies and reconciling VAT and PAYE, and ensuring the accurate filing of SARS returns also VAT deregistration and VAT registration. I use the SIMPLE PAY SYSTEM to prepare payslips and payroll reports, and I am also involved in liaising with the Department of Labour and SARS to effectively resolve client audits and queries. I manage company registration, company, and director amendments with CIPC, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

My education includes a Diploma in Accounting, and I am currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Accounting, with expected completion in 2023. Additionally, I hold certifications in Pastel Partner Intermediate (50CZA - Sage 50c) and Sage Payroll, further enhancing my skill set.
