She served varying industries at a senior management level for over 13 years, within both private and public sector environments. She continues to make valuable contribution towards building a sustainable corporate financial performance (CFP) through her capabilities in financial management, enterprise risk management and ESG practices, while also instilling corporate governance principles.

Sibongile is a Chartered Management Accountant, she completed her Master's Strategic Business Management (with distinction) from Manchester Metropolitan University - United Kingdom, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand and an Executive Leadership Programme from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
