I would describe myself as a passionate, confident and creative and experienced chef who has been in the industry for 6 to 8 years, preparing outstanding food, managing budgets, and leading the team to deliver quality service to the customers.

Experienced chef with more than 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Skilled in providing excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and leadership skills.

Matriculated in 2003 at Motswatemeng high school, I was then blessed with learnership  from the South African Chefs Association program in 2011, at the Capital Hotel School and Training Academy where I achieved a Certificate in food and preparations and a Diploma in Culinary Arts from the City & Guilds.

I have been studying short courses along the journey, Certificate in computer literacy 2009.
