I am having more than 15 years in managing TB/HIV patients. I started working at hospital levels where i was managing TB diagnosed patient,doing routine follow up care and patients discharged to their nearest clinics ensured continuity of care through linking them to community health care workers. I then worked as clinic forcal nurse where TB screening and testing was done, TB treatment initiation, follow up care and monitoring of treatment outcomes.in 2018 i worked as TB Coordinator, managing 5 fixed and 01 Mobile clinics.I am having a good interpersonal skills,problem solving,educational and working as a team.

I started working in 2007 as enrolled nursing auxilliary at hospital levels where i was carrying out doctors orders,ensuring that patients discharged to thier local clinics are linked to their community Health care workers, liaising with tracer teams for contact tracing.In 2009 I started working at clinics as TB focal nurse where i was doing TB screening and testing, initiation of anti TB drugs, ensuring good compliance to treatment and monitore traetment outcomes. Then in 2018 i worked at CHC as TB Coordinator,monitoring of patients flow,ensuring one entry point at each clinic for accurate TB screening, ensuring that all patients with presumptive TB signs are tested for TB,and early initiation of TB treatment, contact tracking and tracing,initiation of TPT especially to contacts under 5 years
