Experience
I have been working in the Telecommunications industry for 8 years in the retail sector , i was tasked with not only assisting existing clients with sales and customer service enquieries but also assist with the signing up of new customer and processing of customers orders.
I started at Vodacom December 2014 as a sales consultant and ended my term with them in November 2015.
I started at Telkom Direct Canal walk December 2015 till May 2017 on a contract basis as a sales consultant and mobile specialist.
I was then employed at Telkom Express Canal Walk in July 2017 as a sales consultant, was appointed as 3IC/Supervisor in November 2017. In 2018 i was appointed 2IC/Assistant Manager till 2023.
I have a proven track record of reaching sales targets and going over and above to satisfy customers needs.
