I am hardworking mother with 8 years experience of call centre both inbound and outbound. I enjoy working as part of a team and also pride of myself on my ability to use my own initiative to overcome problems. I approach new challenges with enthusiasm and am always willing to undergo any required training.

I worked as debt collector at Shapiro shaiks defries and associates for two years. Dealing with MTN accounts. Then moved to Altron Bytes people solutions 2016 and started first year in inbound environment before they moved me to sales department till Dec 2021.

I have certificate in call centre 2011, advanced myself with End user computing in 2014 at PC Training and business College. Further my studies with Unisa in 2015 I obtained a certificate in ABET teaching. Currently I'm working on my diploma in social work. I'm in my 3rd year ASA student. Doing practicals at different organisations like old age home and drug abuse facilities. Lastly I obtained an online certificate with Chilton care for elderly care and child care.
