I am currently working as an application support specialist since June 15 of 2022. My duties include:
Assisting customers with software applications used within different departments of the organization. 
Working closely with specialists such as developers, test analysts and business analysts. 
Correcting errors if any and modifying the existing software Interact with customers or clients about the project status and solve their technical issues if any 
Provide direction during software programming and development of documentation Confer with the team regarding any issues in data processing
