I am able to work well within both a team setting, and where called for (and if opportunity allows) within a leadership role.
As an ambitious individual, I believe that the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally are vital. Within whichever organisation and role I am in, I strive to not only achieve targets set out, but also exceed in them and find the most efficient ways of performing tasks. In this way, not only do I make a positive contribution to my team performance, but also work towards the wholistic goals of the organisation I form part of.
Experience
Within my professional life, I have worked in a Call Centre environment within the customer service spheres across various industries, such as Internet service providers, Financial services as well as Health insurance. Through my work experience, I have obtained skills within technical support, client services as well as received financial training as a Billing Specialist – the skill set I am currently employed with.
Education
I have also sought to enhance my knowledge by enrolling for my Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Sciences and Social services, with a focus on Community and Health Psychology, which has exposed me to, but is not limited to, a better understanding of people as well as Basic measurement and Questionaire design. I completed this degree at the end of 2021.
