I am hard working and enjoy when we can all work together I don't like being un-organized and always get my work done on time 

Active Listening -- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
 Service Orientation -- Actively looking for ways to help people.
 Time Management -- Managing one's own time and the time of others.
  Active Learning -- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and    future problem-solving and decision-making.

Speaking -- Talking to others to convey information effectively.
    Social Perceptiveness -- Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do. I would like to be attained into a well management system whereby everyone knows their duties, and their time management. 

my professional experience in the work place is that a lot of people don't like doing their actual job based on the job description and always pass it on  , I have learnt that I can only do what I am capable of doing and if learning more has to be done then I am willing , I  am not willing to be abused in the work place by other employees who refuse to perform
