Job Summary 
Running an online watch store part-time. This is a customer focused role; ; selling a high-end well known brand; it’s all about providing the best experience for the customer. Behind the scenes it’s 
about planning, being creative, problem-solving, and making sure to record everything correctly.

Primary Responsibilities 
• Maintaining the website’s stock and pricing, loading new items onto the site, putting up store

Job summary 
Ensuring that financial records and financial reports are accurately compiled and efficiently 
managed. This includes being a team player as well as working independently. 

Primary Responsibilities 
• Working in a team to provide companies with Annual Financial Statements • Making use of Excel 
worksheets to perform accuracy and completeness tests • Using Caseware software to create 
Annual Financial Statements - enter recorded data, captured files and worksheets onto Caseware
• Scrutinize expense accounts, commissions, loans, interests, account payments, bank records, 
inventory, sales tickets and contracts • Responsible for updating and maintaining accounting 
records – ensuring figures, postings and documents written by Accounting are properly coded
