As a learning and development specialist, my objective is to utilise my skills and experience to develop effective training programs that foster employee growth and development. My expertise in adult learning theory, and program evaluation allows me to create engaging and impactful learning experiences that lead to measurable performance improvements. I am committed to facilitating a culture of continuous learning and development within an organisation, and I am passionate about helping individuals and teams reach their full potential.

I have 13 years of training experience, both in a classroom environment and online with a focus on soft-skills and Leadership development. 

I have completed a 4-year honours degree in Psychology as well as an Assessor's and Train the Trainer certification
