About Shawnoa Govender:

A competent Office Assistant/Academic Coordinator with 5 and half years of experience in Administration, Operation and more. Good communication skills and organizational skills with the experience of working various SETA’s, vast knowledge of QCTO, ETDP, RPL, TRADE, DHET, SAQA Qualifications and NQF Standards. Also experienced in customer liaison and service, SETA compliance, procurement and office management, I am opened to new opportunities and can able to adapt and learn accordingly. Also, able to travel and opened to relocating.

I have experience and knowledge in the relevant field. I am dedicated to learning and developing new skills.

I am well experienced in training and development (various SETA administration, QCTO, SAQA, NQF Standards, Operations, Customer Service, Training & Development Compliance, Procurement and Management)

I have completed my SDF course (December 2022) and currently in progress with OD ETDP  via E-Learning.
