KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Microsoft Data Centre - Provided consultation, strategic planning, and oversight for the design and construction of the data centre ensuring adherence to contracts, timelines, health and safety regulations also demonstrating advanced expertise in safeguarding vital business information. 
• Gautrain Rail - Played a key management and on-site administrator role in the completion of the most advanced rail system in Africa, showcasing high level skills in negotiating and maintaining international relations and excellence in coordinating multiple facets and parties simultaneously.
• Fuchs Oil Distribution Centre Isando - Successfully managed the entire project cycle from planning to handover, displaying problem solving, technological proficiency and new methodologies, to claw back a 3(THREE) month delay and finish ahead of schedule.
• Wits Chemistry Building -Executed the complete a renovation of a heritage building, motivating a despondent team and solving underlying problems and rendering a state-of-the-art multi-level laboratory.
• Nesa Power – Successfully negotiated and finalized a strategic partnership with Nesa Power to implement renewable energy solutions for BMW South Africa, Ryobi, and Mass Mart South Africa. Skilfully managed contracts and oversaw technical installations, demonstrating exceptional business acumen and a strong drive for business growth and customer retention.
• Highwinds Estate - Spearheaded the concept of green estate living with a leading property developer, by doing advanced research on products and live environment application, we managed to construct one of the first truly green builds, utilising new techniques and products.
• Siemens South Africa & NES – Lead project manager for the construction, installation and commissioning of telecoms network facilities for Siemens South Africa, a project no-on wanted due to timelines and budget. Exercising true “grit” and contractual diligence completed vital network tower across South Africa.
• YSP Developers -Established and operated the first company in Africa providing injection-moulded raft pedestals, negotiating contracts with Central Developments Properties, applying the concept on various projects resulting in favourable budgetary savings and reduction in project delivery.
• Founded and managed two companies focused on serving critical facilities, specialised concrete works, and bespoke construction, culminating in their successful sale and demonstrating strong contract management, entrepreneurial acumen, and business management competence.
