Shantell Celestino Nunes

I have been teaching for over 10 years. I am passionate about teaching children how to be proficient in English and acquire the skills required to speak confidently and read. I am hard working and adaptable. Always willing to grow and learn. I am IB Certified and have a my Bachelor's degree; in Early Child Development and Foundation Phase. I speak Fluently in both English and Portuguese.  

I have been a teacher for over a decade. Teaching in government schools and private schools. My experience in broad and covers many demographics across curriculums. I currently work in an International School and am IB certified. I have been working at Crawford International for the past four years where I have specialized in the PYP & IB curriculum and assisted in helping learners to acquire proficiency in speaking English as well as reading. language, inquiry-based learning and numeracy.

I studied at Queens High School where I matriculated with exemption. I then attended WIT University where I acquired my bachelor's degree in both Early Child Developemnt and Foundation Phase. I have been on many courses and have recently acquired my IB certification.
