Experience
- To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and in person enquiries the same day the enquiry was made.
- To ensure that all reservations and clear information is recorded accurately onto the booking system.
- Ensure deposits are paid timeously and billing is noted properly on reservation and back up documentation is filed with correspondence.
- Prebills online travel agent bookings by using virtual credit cards.
- Mark reservations on the OTA as no show/ marking cards invalid should they have declined
- Tracks and notes all early arrivals, late departures, room moves, repeat guests.
- To liaise with other departments to ensure best service is provided.
- Assist front office with overflow calls
- To have knowledge and understanding of the operation of business in order to respond accurately to enquiries.
- Direct all guests requests or issues to correct departments if I am unable to assist.
