Highly motivated and skilled individual. Working as an Acting Nursing Supervisor for 7years. Completed Masters in Business Administration and elective in Health Care Management. Presently doing Doctoral in Business Administration and research in Nursing Leadership. 

Experience

Worked in Mount Edgecombe Hospital for 5 years 1998 to 2013.rotated to general wards .

Worked in Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital for 7 years.Worke  as a team leader in the multidisciplinary icu. 2013 February Till March 2010.then  got promoted to operational manager to the neurosurgery and neurology clinic during 2007 June to March 2010.

Went to Saudi Arabia April 30th 2010 til April 2011.worked in neurosciences clinic.

October 2011 till Sept 2013 Worked I  Netcare Umhlanga Hospital as a resuscitation officer of the hospital. Doing Bls for the staff, EWS monitoring and reaching,. Awareness days for cpr, resuscitation, checking of monthly resus carts of the hospital.teaching the orientation and induction class  to new recruit .

Sept 2013 till sept 2015 working in ICu2 multidisciplinary icu.nursing patients on ventilators, critical ill patients .

Oct 2015 to June 2023 working in Armed Forces Hospital KANB, Jubail.working as an Acting nursing supervisor till present.

July 2023 to September 2023 worked at Prince Sultan Armed forces hospital, as Director of Clinical Nursing.

Jan 2024 to present working as a Nursing services Manager (Director of Nursing), second incharge of Hospital Leadership in a private Hospital, KwaDukuza Private Hospital in South Africa.

Education

  • Diploma in nursing ,general,community,Psychiatric, and midwifery.
  • Bachelor of arts in nursing science (Elective in management and education)
  • Advance diploma in medical surgical nursing and critical care
  • Masters in Business Administration with elective in Health Care Management 
  • Present studying 4th year Doctoral in Business Administration  and undertaking research in Nursing Leadership in Saudi Arabia
