• Troubleshooting and resolving straightforward customer requests and problems, referring to SOPs and technical documentation. Escalating appropriately when work significantly deviates from documented practices or when barriers arise.
• Dive into technical details with customers and drive a constructive discussion (e.g., assessing systems involved in a customer’s account and explain why costs are accruing the way they are).
• Identifying root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies. Submitting suggestions to management chain and TCS program owners and propose new SOPs.
• Making customer-facing appropriate trade-offs: time vs. issue severity/SLA vs. case volume.
• Prioritizing work on cases from customer (non-paid) for support, on inquiries related to account administration and billing, Makes requests of internal teams.
• Analyzing data and assume responsibility for highlighting process gaps, recommending solutions, executing inter-function decisions.
