I'm currently working as an external sales and service advisor at a one of the biggest banks in SA .Have been working for the bank from 2009 ,started as a teller,worked as an ATM custodian,joined the internal sales team and now I am currently working as an external sales and service advisor. I am currently looking to expand my experience across different industries but still customer oriented but not in sales.I am a teamplayer,very passionate about what I do, Goal driven and love working with people
Experience
As a teller used to work with customer deposits, cash withdrawals,exchanging foreign currency and preparing transaction reports.Then later on worked as an ATM custodian where I used to load and offload atms ,balance cash and ensure that atms are safeguarded against unnecessary and preventable losses. Lastly working as a sales and service consultant and I'm selling products and services to the customers and representing the brand.Reaching out to potential leads through variety channels in order to reach my targets

I have a certificate in banking NQF level 5 (Unisa 2005)and currently studying business management course (Certification)with IQ academy
