I am a qualified elementary educator and been teaching for 14 years. I would love to share with you  my unique teaching skills.
My experiences include mentoring learners with awesome class management skills and that makes myself an excellent candidate to support your school's vision and mission,  fostering growth to myself  and learners  across the curriculum.

I am willing to cater to diverse range of learners. This makes me to thrive in a challenging teaching environment.  I always encourage my learners to be big dreamers and with personalizes recognition of their talents and skills. I am a 21st century skills educator that keeps a learner centered approach. This brings out the confidence they never knew they had. Since I had never taught abroad. I am curious to learn other teaching and learning cultures. I wish to explore  the depths of skills implementation through other dynamic curriculum programs and development.

I am an excellent extra murrals coach in Millitary drill ,Poetry and Reading, voices training for Music presentations. I believe that you can use me to the success of your institution.

Experience

I have mostly taught using the South African curriculum (CAPS) For eleven years and I have taught  the Cambridge curriculum  for 3 years.

I had been teaching using a spiral approach  through the Blooms Texonomy levels.

I use the blended mode of teaching and learning,this helps me be able to flip my classroom…setting up interesting modules that will give a positive feedback. 

As an educator keeping instructions clear and straightforward  is key.I teach my learners to be good listeners then drill and repeat in a playful manner and also through gamification strategie . The listening drill helps and improves their speaking ,spelling and vocabulary. My learners would proceed to improved reading skills with understanding and be encouraged to answer in written activities to improve their writing. The aim is to  teach learners to embrace who they are in everything they do and learn to accept and appreciate  others in their everyday life. My learns become the best.

I am currently  pursuing my Masters in Business Administration. My highest Education is a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Management and Leadership.
