I am ambitious, able and dermined person always looking forward to new challenges.

In my past experience I have learn to work under tremendous pressure and able to manage and get positive result for business growth. 17 year that I have spent under motor industry, packaging industry and home appliances have exposed me in different systems of work, lean manufacturing, Kanban, and TPM implementation and execution.

Being a leader I have grown my leadership skills through negotiations on business politics includes handling of IR issues, case chairing, investigating and represent company where compony cases are held. I have develop flexibility to analyses, think strategically of how to overcome challenges in the work place. Decision making for benefits of the business.

My growth started at Smiths Manufacturing as a trainee that was noted with a great potential as my learnership was terminated prior to completion and being offered a position of being Supervisor which thereafter promoted to production foreman making motor heat exchanger. With great opportunity came I moved to Greif as a Production Manager where we were making steel drum for chemical industry local and international with expansion of duties I am currently with Defy appliances as Production manager.

I am currently managing a total number of 321 employees and running 2 shift system.

I am strongly positive that I will be of good value to the current position and I will contribute to the positive growth and improvement on the business to the world class standard.

I am a diversified leader who believes in growth lead by example. Goal driven always looking forward to challenge day by day with enough strategies to overcome challenges. I believe in servant leadership always open to suggestions and lead direction

With current education and my career exposure it have led my knowledge to be better day by day.
