As a graduate in Information Technology, I have gained my troubleshooting skills and also developed a skill for resolving hardware and software issues. I have learnt to work with a team to achieve a given goal and I know what is expected as to working with a team with different personalities. I'm seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist role to continue cultivating these skills and bring customer satisfaction to the front lines of technology. I am looking forward to utilizing my proven skills and drive for continuous learning in a mid-level role.
