Sanelisiwe Sibisi

Currently a store manager at one of the leading sport shop in retail. Passionate about customer service and have in the industry for more than ten years now. I have gained a lot of management skills and I want to share my knowledge with others in different environments.

In my role at Cross Trainer, I have been more than just a store manager, I also partly did staff development in the area. I also did auditing as we deal with numbers most of the time and have to make sure that all revenues are balancing 

Besides matric certification, I have a basic Human Resources certificate which I obtained at UNISA. Currently, I am doing a short course in Occupational Health and Safety
