reports and quarterly reports as needed, draft agendas and
minute taking submit claims for approval POE’s and Quality
Assurance.)
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Preparing reports and filing documents
Logistic arrangements for board members
Assist in the management of database
Managing project inventory, maintaining company records
Handling project related budget

Liaise within internal and external stakeholders in relation to
procurement of goods and services.
