I am an excellent team player, and thrive in situations of collaborative work. I've been told I am a great leader, I believe this too. Although I am not the loudest or most out-spoken I am very good at building relationships with those around me, which has always helped in getting the best of those I work with. This ability to motivate and my dedication to accomplishing goals that have been set for, no matter what it takes is why I feel I would be a good fit. My diverse upbringing has also allowed me to be able to make the best of what is around, I can quickly get along with people from all cultures and upbringings, which I feel is of immense importance in our country.
