I am a B Tech Honours (Human Resources) (Cum Laude) graduate. I have more than 12 years of HR experience including roles such as HR Business Partner and Recruitment Specialist at Sappi Saiccor, Transnet NPA, BHP Billiton and Anglo Platinum. My qualities include determination, versatility and perseverance. I am ever ready for a new challenge. I have vast knowledge and experience in recruitment, performance management, soft skills, people management and change management.  I am also a qualified biometric officer and competency based interviewer. I am a registered HR Associate with SABPP. I am self-motivated, innovative and goal-oriented professional committed to the practice of HR.
