I am a skilled process engineer with over 7 years of experience in production environment.I hold Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering,B-Tech :project management and DMAIC Six sigma green belt Certification.I am a self starter with an eye to identify continuous improvement opportunities in any environment. I help businesses to improve efficiencies and maximize profitability. I have experience in managing production teams and creating synergy between departments.I have implemented TPM ,GMPs ,Gemba walks,8D ,SMED, Process FMEAs, 5S and 5whys.

I hold Master’s degree in Chemical engineering and a DMAIC six sigma green belt. I have more than 7 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment where I have accumulated an extensive skillset. My duties include managing day-to day operations of the site, tooling department and driving operational excellence in order to reduce operating expenses while maximizing productivity. I am responsible for initiating process FMEA and tracking actions in order to eliminated failure mode on production process. I have optimized production process, deployed continuous improvement (CI) methodologies and best practices to reduce waste and downtime. I work with technical and engineering team to initiate new product development and sustainability projects. I have hands on experience in ensuring that standards of quality are met while production costs are kept as low as possible. At Amcor, I was responsible for costing new projects, reducing gross quality credit and reporting CI savings to the EMEA group on a monthly basis. I am Skilled in Facilitation, Teamwork, Project Management and Minitab software.
