My interests in Mixology (Food and Beverage) have developed over several years, specially through my participation in WORLD CLASS Competitions and workshops where I have been able to see at first hand the range of activities skills and methods to be a cost effective, clean and one of the best Mixologist there is. I see this being my final year in being strictly restricted by the bar/Restaurant Area because I see more opportunities in Johannesburg of Growth in the Food and beverage industry

Education
Matriculated 2013. . My academic and experience have given me the skills and confidence to be the perfect choice for running a Bar or Restaurant in the capacity of a managerial position. My ability to work under pressure has been illustrated by my handling of numerous challenges of the requirements also to learn as I work under pressure in juggling numerous expectations. I believe I have shown myself being capable of organizing my Bar and Restaurant floor time effectively and using my initiative to work smart not hard, also creating an experience for the Guests
