I was working for Southern health foundation as demand creation coordinator from 09/02/2022 up until 30/06/2023. My duty was to maintain the team structure, to ensure that all marketing materials is provided to mobilizers. To identify, recruit and motivate multiple demand creation teams within our  allocated areas. CAPS

Between February 2021 to December 2021, I was working under Chaps as a driver/ demand creation coordinator. I was conducting training for mobilizers and checking challenges that are faced by mobilizers on the field. I was on charge of taking bookings and transport arrangements moreover verifying the clients information before picking them up to facility. I was driving the clinical team and mobile clinic to different locations.
