  • Capturing Near Miss Reporting Stats
  • Compliance with Safety Regulations
  • Emergency Response Coordinator
  • Workplace Inspections Monthly 
  • Health and Safety Committee Meetings
  • Coordinating Health and Safety Audits 
  • Conduct Incident Investigation
  • Monitor Site-Specific Safety Compliance
  • Capturing all Incident Reporting from all Sites
  • Safety Communication Awareness Facilitator
  • Baseline Risk Assessments Coordinator 
  • Planning of Emergency Drills
  • Document Control Management via Key360
  • Compliance with Record-Keeping Requirements
  • Incident Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Accuracy of Information Exchange between Central Office and Sites
  • Updates on key 360 (Document Control System):
  • Ordering of PPE, inventory controls, and the issuing to all regions
  • Planning and scheduling of Safety Committee meetings as well as distribution and filing of related documentation
  • Coordination of SHEQ training (firefighting, first aid), as necessary
  • Coordination of the servicing of Firefighting equipment
  • Ensure the upload of all accidents and incidents to the tracking system and completing the monthly statistics for management/EXCO.
  • Ensure that the SARAO Safety file is kept to date.
  • Basic document control for Quality purposes (Upload to key360)
  • OSH Act updates and filing
  • Follow-up on Legal compliance documentation
  • COIDA on line liaison with the HR & INCON Health team
  • Safety Site Induction
