Iam a Malawian gentleman looking for a care job that offers visa sponsorship for overseas applicants. I have all visa requirements ready. 

Having spent years working in elderly care settings where the majority of the residents suffer with dementia, I understand that a support worker needs to do far more than satisfy their basic human needs. Iam sensitive to the situation of each individual and their families. 

I hold certificates in caregiving and care assistant experience.  Putting my patients first is always my priority and understanding more about the theoretical aspects of medical care is helping me to become a better support worker. I mainly worked morning, afternoon and night shifts  and have experience of managing all aspects of care home provision.

Developing goals with patient towards building skills, strength or independence 

Making and changing beds and ensuring that rooms are clean and tidy.

Helping patients with their toileting needs,including continence promotion. 

Making the best use of AIDS provided to help clients who have limited mobility, or physical/learning difficulties. 

When required to assist clients with feeding, bathing and dressing. 

Keeping up to date records on patients, including daily observations about activities and any medication administration. 

Preparing food and also serving meals, drinks and refreshments. 

Helping residents with personal care.

Helping to organize and also participate in recreational activities 

Helping trained nurses to dispense medication
