Duties:
• Receive requisitions from all the production 
departments and print the required labels.
• Deliver the labels within the required time frame to the 
respective factories.
• Identify and record any problems relating to the label 
printing process and recommend or provide solutions.
• Do label content quality checks to ensure the display of 
the correct batch number, manufacture date and expiry 
date information.
• Do print quality checks to ensure compliance with the 
internal quality standards.
• Ensure the barcode for each label is verified as per the 
relevant work instruction.
• Assist in Quality tasks.

Duties:
• Bioburden testing of medical devices.
• Hygiene and environmental testing.
• Microbial water testing
• Microbial Culture Media Preparation.
• Carrying out physical and or chemical analysis as 
required on standard and non-standard raw materials at 
incoming and in-process (where required) and finished 
products.
• Verification of equipment in the laboratory and 
arranging for calibration of equipment throughout the
site.
• Testing and releasing of all Components/Substrates
