I would summarise my professional experience has having over two years in the recruitment environment within the BPO industry. I am highly adept at utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to
maintain candidate databases, track applications, and generate reports. Additionally, my strong communication and interpersonal skills enable me to effectively liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all parties involved.

I have a bachelors degree in business administration, I have an NQF level 4 and 5 in generic management and i have also completed my STCW certification in security awareness.
