Thank you so much for going through my profile. My name is Samantha Mpalale and l have the skills, experience and qualities that matches the waitress job description. Over the years I've been working in roles where good customer service and excellent communication skills is a norm. I am hardworking and a fast learner and I've always received positive feedback from my supervisor and managers. 

I worked as a sales representative for 6 months and l learnt good customer services and other managerial skills.. From there I've worked as a runner and waitress. I've always enjoyed working with customers, providing excellent customer service and advertising. 

I completed my high school in Zimbabwe with 11 ordinary level passes and 3 Advanced level passes
