I have been working in the banking sector for the past 6 years, I have developed problem solving skills and skills in finance. I’m customer centric and passionate about helping and contributing positively to customers lives. Enjoy working in a fast paced environment 

I have skills in providing product/services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

My current role also entails handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies and take the extra mile to engage customers.

I have good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills relating to customers and sensitive issues. I have well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to provide a user-friendly service over the telephone and ability to provide general office and administrative support.
