I currently work as acting M&E Officer at MATCH for APACE Program supporting
HIV/TB. My attached resume shows the highlights from my years of professional experience. A brief
description of duties includes providing M&E strategic direction to MATCH, building M&E capacity in
Buffalo City Municipality, seek MATCH services for effective M&E practice; Promote integrated planning
process at MATCH and with other stakeholders for effective monitoring and use of information; Monitor &
report performance on MATCH strategic and operational plans in line with stipulated grant outcomes;
Support Districts in improving credibility and quality of data in line with the District Health Information
Management System and data flow policies; Promote, support and conduct evaluations, assessments
and research; Respond to all adhoc request from teams, donor and management for instance, provision
of data, revision of report and all report write ups; provide technical support to M&E Team. As M&E
Officer, with support from the M&E team, I was responsible for all monitoring, evaluation and reporting-
related activities and requirements of the project, this included the development of the Project’s M&E
framework, the development of a performance monitoring system, overseeing the maintenance of
monitoring data collections systems (including developing and maintaining a project data base). I also
contributed to the design and assist in managing program assessments and evaluations and promote a
culture of evidence-based decision making. I worked at private sector as IT System Administrator where I
got exposed in working with systems including Health Information Systems, Printer technician,
Developing Applications using SQL Database 2017, and Excel. I worked as Acting IT Manager at
MATCH. Throughout the course of my career, I have perfected my system development and
administration and network development and administration abilities. I am a capable and consistent
problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency. In my previous role, I
contributed management, teamwork, and data collection and analysis toward team efforts and
business improvements. I am progressive minded and in tune with new developments in my field. I

have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong time-management talents. I enjoy collective
brainstorming sessions which all me to coordinate activities to achieve a common goal.I am a very
driven person who aspires to make a difference in the public health field. I work to gain a challenging
position in the public health field that will allow me to fully utilize my knowledge, Information Technology,
