My name is Judge Tlhaolakgomo, I am currently 43 years old, Married with 4 kids. 

I have worked as safety officer since 2006 till 2012 before I was promoted to management role 2012 September under Anglo American at Kolomela mine as Chief safety Officer/ Safety manager. I worked till 2017 when I was offered SHEQ Manager position for Malgas holdings since then I have working as SHEQ Manager from different companies like Kele Mining, Nsimbi Mining in Mozambique. I have worked for different commodities like iron ore, coal, chrome, and for construction sides

I am passionate about safety and I believe zero is possible and culture transformation of an organization can always learn to change if supported from above.
