About S'hlangu Gumede:

I'm currently studying computer Science and IT at the University of KwaZulu Natal. I am a mentor of first students, also a Tutor for a Computer Science module, working with people has been what I enjoy the most and helping them where needed.

Experience

I have Skills from the content I have consumed in tertiary, analysis skills from 3 statistics modules including a Software like Genstat, also programming languages from Computer Science modules; mainly Python, Java and C++ . I also have programming skills from my IT modules skills like C#, Visual studio, SQL and currently on ASP.Net together with HTML and JavaScript. I have projects I have been doing like creating an online system, this included working with visual studio SQL and Database designs, we currently completing a Web based system through JavaScript, HTML and ASP.Net. 

 

I also had a project where we created a Maths quizz game using C++. Working has eventually became a habit.

 

I am Tutor for a Computer Science module which is for first year students, I am also a Mentor for first year students. 

I received a Deans  commendation for achieving outstanding marks in my First semester results this year.

Education

I'm currently studying computer Science and IT, and this is my Final Year at the University of KwaZulu.
